My Thoughts
This is a night time moisturizer. The concentrated jelly comes in a very lovely transparent blue color and has a strong perfume scent.
At night, I will apply it on my entire face and neck, it leaves my skin very moist. I find that with daily use, my skin has become smoother and hydrated glowing.
